Dark blue SKF rod seal:

 

The reinforced structure design is insensitive to the slight damage of piston rod and sealing groove and will not leak.

The diameter of the product is in the middle of the design, the dynamic performance in the groove is good, easy to install.

U - 1023 polyurethane material has a wide working temperature range, the limit temperature range is-60 °C to 130 °C, and the long-term temperature range is 30 °C to 110°C.

The product has a star ring, which ensures the precompression and shrinkage of the seal lip under the condition of high and low pressure, and improves the reliability of the seal. Good sealing performance can be achieved even in low temperature working environment.

Disposable injection molding technology, does not need to go through the secondary trimming, the size is more accurate, the performance is superior.

Installation:
The wiper rings are manufactured with a slightly oversized outer diameter,thus ensuring a secure press fitin the groove after installtion. Any contact of the wiperlip with piston rod eyes or other connecting parts shouldbe avioded.
